What you’ll be doing Perform hands-on testing of new features (functional, regression, sanity) \nValidate releases before production deployment \nIdentify edge cases and ensure system stability in a fintech environment \nDesign and maintain test cases and test plans \nSupport and coordinate delivery of changes into production \nBuild and evolve automated test coverage (API, UI, integration) \nWork closely with developers to catch issues early \nImprove QA processes and reduce manual overhead over time \n\nAbout you, you have Experience in QA / software testing (manual testing is essential) \nKnowledge and interest in using AI tools in testing and QA process improvement. \nSome experience or strong interest in test automation \nUnderstanding of APIs, backend systems, and integrations \nAbility to think critically and spot hidden issues \nComfortable working in a fast-moving product environment \nAn analytical and logical mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and learn fast \nAn organised approach to your work, with the ability to prioritse workload \nA collaborative and team-oriented personality \nBonus: experience in fintech, payments, or EMI-related systems \n\nTech (flexible depending on your background): API testing tools (Postman, REST clients) \nAutomation frameworks for UI tests \nBasic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) \nCI/CD exposure is a plus \n\nIn return for your hard work: 💰 Salary up to €4,000 per month D.O.E + plus stock options (after 12 months) & benefits 💻 Hybrid working setup in our wonderful city-centre office 📚 We foster non-BAU projects in our team, we want you to explore new avenues and expand your expertise to benefit your professional pathway & our teams. + And much, much more….
