In this role, you'll help design and deliver education programs that support dental professionals throughout their journey with 3Shape solutions.\nWhether your background is in customer education, learning & development, training, customer success, healthcare, project management, or a related field, this could be an exciting opportunity to make an impact on a global scale.\nYour Mission:\nAs part of our global team, you will help ensure that customers have the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to succeed with digital dentistry solutions. You will work closely with colleagues from different functions and regions to create meaningful learning experiences, coordinate educational programs, and continuously improve how we support our customers.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nCreate Customer Learning Journeys - help design learning experiences that guide customers from onboarding through advanced use of our solutions. You'll work with global and regional teams to understand customer needs and ensure the right education is available at the right time.\n\nDevelop and Improve Training Programs - partner with learning content specialists and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training programs that help customers build skills and achieve success.\n\nCoordinate and Deliver Training Activities - work with trainers and stakeholders around the world to plan, organize, and support training events, both virtual and in-person.\n\nCollaborate with Industry Experts - build relationships with dental professionals and industry experts to expand our educational offerings and strengthen our customer community.\n\nStay Close to the Customer - take an active role in training and education activities to better understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nSupport Internal Learning - help ensure that customer-facing teams have access to relevant knowledge and learning resources so they can provide the best possible customer experience.\n\nManage Projects and Drive Improvements - coordinate multiple initiatives at the same time, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring projects move forward smoothly and effectively.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nWe're not looking for a perfect match to every requirement.
