In this role, you will be working to ensure the quality, stability, and business readiness of solutions delivered within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and its surrounding application landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, solution architects, and project teams to validate business processes, integrations, data migrations, and end-to-end system functionality. The role is critical in ensuring successful delivery of one of the company's key business transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for D365 F&O and related ERP solutions.\n\nPerform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end Validate business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other ERP domains.\n\nPerform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across project workstreams.\n\nVerify integrations between D365 F&O and surrounding enterprise applications to ensure data integrity and process continuity.\n\nParticipate in data migration validation and reconciliation activities.\n\nIdentify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.\n\nCollaborate with business users and project teams to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.\n\nSupport release readiness activities and verify solution quality before deployment to production.\n\nAssist in establishing and improving testing standards, methodologies, and quality assurance practices Identify testing risks and quality concerns and proactively recommend mitigation actions.\n\nPrepare testing documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics for project stakeholders.\n\nQualifications Required:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in software testing, ERP testing, or quality assurance.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).\n\nExperience supporting ERP implementation or transformation projects.
