This is an individual contributor role (no people leadership), offering the opportunity to drive impact through analysis and cross-functional influence.\nIn FP&A we are working in the space between Finance and the Business, supporting the financial decision-making process by understanding what drives business performance and the actions needed to support the strategic direction.\nYou will join a small, tight-knit FP&A team within the broader global Finance Partnering & Planning and Pricing department (10 colleagues), anchored within the CFO area - an engaging, globally oriented team focused on delivering value to both 3Shape and to the professional growth of our team members.\nThe position is based at 3Shape's headquarters in Copenhagen.\nKey responsibilities\nDrive and develop core processes within forecasting, performance follow-up, and financial planning.\nDeliver in-depth insights into financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making at senior management level.\nPrepare and present financial reports to Senior Management and other key stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvement of processes and reporting to strengthen analysis depth, accuracy, and efficiency.\nTake ownership of ad-hoc analysis and special projects.\nYour Skills and Qualifications\nYou have 3-5 years of relevant experience from FP&A, Business Controlling, or similar analytical roles. Experience from an international organization would be an advantage.\nYou hold a master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.\nYou have a proven track record of managing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.\nYou have strong business, financial, and analytical acumen - able to turn complex data into a clear \"why\" and \"so what\" for the business and communicate it confidently to stakeholders at all levels.\nYou are proactive and comfortable taking ownership of and leading projects and processes independently.\nYou have solid Excel and PowerPoint skills, and an interest in using Power BI, AI (Claude, Copilot) and other emerging technologies would be an advantage.\nYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
