Among other actions, we support our contractors who are called to the military service, as well as care about our colleagues’ mental health by implementing different activities.\nAbout the role:\nWe are looking for a QA System Lead to join our Kyiv office and become a key part of a cross-country engineering organization. In this role, you will combine people management with strong coordination of QA practices in 3Shape Unite project.\nYou will lead two teams (for now 6 colleagues in total) and act as a QA Lead for a large-scale project involving 10+ test engineers. Your focus will be on enabling collaboration, aligning testing approaches, including automation tests, and ensuring consistency in quality across multiple development teams.\nAreas of responsibility:\nLead and support teammates, including coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback\n\nDrive hiring & onboarding for your teams\n\nFacilitate alignment on testing approaches across multiple teams\n\nCoordinate QA-related activities across the project\n\nContribute to the Test strategy together with stakeholders\n\nEnsure consistency of QA processes, practices, and standards\n\nProvide even better connection between QA, development, product, and release teams etc.\n\nTo succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field\n\n5+ years of professional experience in software development as a QA Lead or relevant roles (Test Manager, Quality Manager etc.)\n\nProven people management experience\n\nStrong experience defining and implementing end-to-end QA strategies across the SDLC, including Shift-Left practices\n\nStrong focus on test coverage monitoring, defect management, and root cause analysis\n\nSolid knowledge of test pyramid principles (unit, integration, UI) and their practical implementation in modern systems\n\nStrong experience in non-functional testing (performance, resilience, compatibility etc.)\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills\n\nExperience of working in cross-team and cross-location environments\n\nFluent English\n\nWould be a plus:\nExperience with document management systems (Jama, SharePoint or similar)\n\nKnowledge of modern engineering practices such as DevOps and Continuous Delivery\n\nExperience introducing quality gates and release governance processes\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems\n\nBeing the part of us means:\nMeaningful work that helps to change the future of dentistry\n\nWork in a unique professional, friendly and supportive environment\n\nConstant professional growth and development\n\nA healthy work-life balance\n\nComprehensive benefits incl. 24 working days of annual vacation;
