You will play a key role in building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing, and supporting advanced analytics and machine learning models.\nAs a Data Engineer, you will work closely with our Product Management team to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and reliable data solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams of software developers, data scientists, and cloud engineers to enable real-time and batch data processing solutions.\nYour Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.\n\nOptimize and automate data workflows using Python (PySpark) and Databricks within an Azure cloud environment.\n\nCollaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders to understand product usage, reporting and analytics needs, and translate them into scalable data solutions.\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot data-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance of data infrastructure.\n\nImplement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.\n\nContribute to the evolution of our data architecture to support growing business requirements.\n\nOwn and drive the evolution of our usage analytics domain, including data models, business metrics and analytical datasets, that enable reporting, dashboards and data-driven decision making.\n\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for someone with:\nA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n4+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.\n\nProficiency in Python (PySpark) for data processing and automation and hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure cloud services.\n\nKnowledge of SQL and database design principles.\n\nExperience with data modeling, including designing analytical and reporting-oriented data structures, as well as ETL processes and pipeline orchestration.\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems like Git.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.\n\nA high level of English proficiency (written and verbal).\n\nAs a person, you are:\nCurious and enthusiastic about working with data to drive business value.\n\nCollaborative, with a strong ability to work across teams, especially with Product Management.\n\nDriven and self-motivated, capable of working independently and taking initiative.\n\nComfortable in an agile environment, where continuous learning and adaptation are encouraged.\n\nWe Offer:\nThe opportunity to improve patient care by building cutting-edge data solutions.\n\nA dynamic, innovative work environment in an international company.\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits, with a focus on work-life balance.\n\nPrivate health insurance.\n\nHybrid-remote work flexibility.\n\nCollaboration with a team of top-tier professionals in a supportive and engaging atmosphere.\n\nWe encourage all relevant applicants to apply.
