This individual will be responsible for the total revenue across the 3Shape product portfolio in a few states. The position will report to Country Manager, India, and will be based in Chennai/Bangalore/Ahmedabad/Delhi\nThe Territory Manager will be responsible in the direct management and development of 3Shape’s business and partnerships in dental labs and clinics. This is a role for an independent, dynamic, and self-driven sales manager, ideally with experience from dental/medical device industries. In this role, you will take ownership and develop the 3Shape brand in India and be a key part fueling the growth of dental technology products.\nSkills Required:\nSales Acumen: Proven ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Understanding of dental technology products, procedures and services.\n\nCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nNegotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and pricing while maintaining client relationships.\n\nProblem-Solving: Capable of analyzing client requirements and providing innovative solutions.\n\nTime Management: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and tasks.\n\nCRM Proficiency: Experience in using CRM software to track sales activities and customer information.\n\nTeam and External Reseller Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners\n\nUse of MS Office\n\nIdeal Candidate:\nMinimum 4 years’ experience working with business development and sales\n\nMinimum a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing\n\nIndustry experience and/or knowledge of Medical Devices / Dental is desirable\n\nExperience in working on the field in the chosen location\n\nUnderstanding and have experience of working at an international company with strong corporate values and guidelines\n\nFurthermore, we expect the candidate to be:\nTrustworthy with a strong personal accountability to do business ‘the 3Shape way’ with reference to the mission, vision and values of the company\n\nAbility to develop business-oriented results with appropriate level of detail and keep the right people informed\n\nBe proactive and able to get things done in a timely manner\n\nAnalytical and think in ways of strategy, structure and execution\n\nA business and sales developer - not an administrator\n\nWilling to travel\n\nStrong communicator and relationship builder\n\nAlways ready for change & thrive in a high paced environment with challenges with an ‘can-do’ attitude\n\nWe encourage all relevant applicants to apply.
