The Territory Manager role drives business growth by supporting our reseller partners and ensuring post-sale customer satisfaction. Their primary focus is to enable and support resellers, while following up with end users to maximize product value and satisfaction. The role is based remotely out of Melbourne, Victoria. 3Shape ANZ’s regional office is in Sydney.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive sales enablement for resellers by providing comprehensive support, including product demonstrations, training, joint customer visits, and proposal assistance.\n\nCultivate and maintain robust relationships with resellers at the branch level through consistent engagement, regular meetings, and strategic alignment sessions.\n\nCollect and analyze critical market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights, effectively reporting findings to relevant internal teams.\n\nConduct proactive post-sale follow-ups with end users to ensure proper product usage, troubleshooting issues, and identify upselling opportunities.\n\nDeliver product and sales training sessions for both partners and end users.\n\nRepresent and support the company at key industry events within the territory, including trade shows, seminars, and promotional activities.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nMinimum 3 years experience working with business development and sales.\n\nMinimum a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or an educational background in dental with a strong business/sales acumen.\n\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently.\n\nExperience selling technical products (e.g., medical devices, industrial equipment, IT hardware/software)\n\nPreferred:\nTechnical Proficiency: Understanding of dental technology products and services.\n\nTeam Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global company.\n\nExperience working with distributors or channel partners.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive base salary with bonus component.\n\nFlexible work conditions.\n\nOngoing training and professional development opportunities.\n\nA dynamic and supportive work environment.\n\nIf you are passionate about making a difference in digital dentistry, we want to hear from you!\nWe encourage all relevant applicants to apply.
