Join us.\nJob role and purpose:\nThe Global Vendor Manager oversees the selection, negotiation, performance, and long-term management of suppliers across multiple regions. This role ensures vendors deliver high-quality products or services, meet contractual obligations, and support the company’s global business strategy. It requires strong commercial acumen, cross-cultural communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nMain responsibilities & tasks:\nSourcing & Contract Negotiation:\nLead global RFP/RFI processes and evaluate vendor proposals.\n\nNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, KPIs, and long-term agreements.\n\nEnsure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal procurement policies.\n\nPerformance Management:\nMonitor vendor performance using KPIs, scorecards, and service reviews.\n\nIdentify underperformance and drive corrective action plans.\n\nBenchmark vendor performance against industry standards.\n\nRelationship Management:\nBuild strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.\n\nServe as the escalation point for operational or contractual issues.\n\nFacilitate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions.\n\nFinancial & Risk Management:\nManage global vendor budgets, cost optimisation initiatives, and forecasting.\n\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.\n\nAssess and mitigate vendor-related risks (operational, financial, geopolitical, compliance).\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nPartner with Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and regional teams to ensure alignment.\n\nSupport global transformation projects, system implementations, and process improvements.\n\nProvide vendor insights to support strategic decision-making.\n\nVendor Strategy & Governance:\nDevelop and execute a global vendor management strategy aligned with business goals.\n\nEstablish governance frameworks, performance standards, and compliance requirements.\n\nConduct regular vendor reviews, audits, and risk assessments.\n\nQualifications and experience:\n5+ years of experience in program management\n\nExperience in IT asset disposition, IT hardware trading, or related technology services industries preferred.\n\nProven track record in designing and managing multi-regional service delivery programs.\n\nCore Competencies:\nStrong negotiation and contract management skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.\n\nAnalytical mindset with experience using vendor scorecards and performance metrics.\n\nAbility to work across cultures, time zones, and business units.\n\nStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.\n\nTechnical Competencies:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\n\nExperience with ERP, CRM, and service management systems.\n\nKnowledge of ITAD, depot services, and service delivery frameworks.\n\nBehavioral Competencies\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage complex, high-volume service operations.\n\nProactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.\n\nPlease note that the person selected for this role needs to pass the security clearance.\nWhy should you join us\nWe want you to able to Be Your Best in your job - and we will support you in this.
