Join us.\nJob role and purpose:\nAs Head of Data & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how 3stepIT leverages data to drive business performance and decision-making. You will lead the development of our global data capabilities, governance, reporting, automation, and AI initiatives, while fostering a data-driven culture across the Group and supporting business decisions across all markets. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will turn data into actionable insights and help transform vision into measurable business value.\nMain responsibilities & tasks:\nLead and develop the company's Data & Analytics function, driving a unified approach to data, analytics, governance, and business intelligence.\n\nExecute the data strategy and lead data initiatives across the organisation, from targeted use cases to cross-functional transformation projects.\n\nOwn the data roadmap and backlog, prioritising initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of data and reporting solutions.\n\nEstablish and maintain data governance, ownership models, and best practices to maximise the value of company data.\n\nPartner with IT to develop scalable data architecture, optimise data processes, and implement user-friendly analytics and reporting tools.\n\nLead and coach data professionals and business stakeholders, fostering a strong data-driven culture across the organisation.\n\nDeliver insights, reporting, and performance analytics that support strategic and operational decision-making.\n\nDrive AI adoption in data team and contribute to the development and execution of the company's AI strategy.\n\nQualifications and experience:\nDegree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in data and analytics, including data strategy implementation and delivering measurable business value from data.\n\nExperience working in an international and multi-country environment, collaborating with stakeholders across different markets, cultures, and business functions.\n\nProven leadership experience in leading teams and driving complex cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects.\n\nStrong understanding of data governance, data architecture, AI, BI, and modern analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik).\n\nDemonstrated ability to prioritise and execute data initiatives, balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery.\n\nExperience coaching and developing analysts and business stakeholders to build data-driven capabilities across an organisation.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.\n\nFluent in English; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.\n\nPlease note that the person selected for this role needs to pass the Finnish security clearance (perusmuotoinen turvallisuus-selvitys).\nWhy should you join us\nWe want you to able to Be Your Best in your job - and we will support you in this.
