Join us!\nRole: Production Team Lead\nReporting to: Production Manager\nLocation: Vantaa, Finland\nAs a Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our production and warehouse operations in our logistics center in Vantaa. You will lead and support a team of production employees, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently, customer orders are delivered on time, and quality, security, and environmental standards are consistently met. You will work closely together with the other Production Team Leads to create a safe, productive and high-performing work environment, while ensuring the operational goals, customer expectations and compliance requirements are successfully met.\nMain responsibilities & tasks:\nLead, coach, and develop a team of production employees in a fast-paced operational environment.\n\nEnsure production plans are executed efficiently and in compliance with local legislation and company policies.\n\nMonitor daily operations to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in a cost-effective manner.\n\nMaintain high standards for quality, environmental responsibility, and information security.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.\n\nSupport employee engagement, performance management, skills development, and workforce planning within your team.\n\nCollaborate closely with local management and other stakeholders to achieve operational and business objectives.\n\nParticipate in hands-on production work alongside your team when required.\n\nWhat you bring with you:\nMinimum 2 years of experience as technician, supervisor and/or team leader in production/warehouse environment.\n\nExperience from working in an international company is seen as advantage.\n\nExcellent communication skills, including documentation, presentation and information sharing.\n\nFamiliarity with planning, quality and safety in production.\n\nSupervisor and people management skills.\n\nFluency, both written and spoken, in Finnish and English.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and cooperation skills.\n\nProblem solving skills and development mindset.\n\nEducational background as technician or vocational qualifications in technology, logistics, business or similar.\n\nGood skills in Microsoft Office Tools.\n\nExperience of ERP and/or asset management systems.\n\nWhy join us?\nWe’re building something meaningful and growing fast.\nImpact & ownership - You’ll shape how we build our global organization\n\nGlobal exposure - Be part of an international team, working closely with colleagues across Europe and North America\n\nGrowth environment - A company where you can influence, improve, and develop\n\nPurpose-driven work - Contributing to sustainability through circular technology\n\nWe want you to be able to Be Your Best in your job, and we will support you in this.
