Vous aurez également l'occasion d'effectuer diverses tâches pour le bon fonctionnement du campus et des autres équipes.
Missions
- Répondre aux demandes de support technique via différents canaux de communication.
- Maintenir en bon fonctionnement les postes clients, y compris le matériel des étudiants et des salariés.
- Participer à l'amélioration des processus de support et à l'automatisation des tâches récurrentes.
