PM을 찾고 있습니다.\nCyber Security PM은 보안 요구사항을 정리하고 산출물을 취합하는 역할이 아닙니다. 차량·클라우드·OTA를 아우르는 위협 분석(TARA)을 기반으로 보안 목표와 보안 아키텍처를 정의하고, 여러 도메인·개발 조직·협력사가 이를 일관되게 구현하고 검증하도록 개발 전 과정에 보안을 내재화하는 포지션입니다. 개념 단계의 위협 식별부터 보안 요구사항 배분, 구현 검토, 보안 검증(취약점 점검·침투 테스트), 릴리즈 승인, 양산 이후의 취약점 모니터링과 대응까지 end-to-end로 리딩합니다. 개별 보안 기능을 개발하는 것이 아니라, \"제품이 안전하다고 말할 수 있는 근거 자체\"를 설계하고 책임집니다.\n이를 위해 ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155/R156의 규제 요구를 실제 개발 프로세스로 번역하고, Secure Boot·키 관리·접근 제어·통신 보안·OTA 등 플랫폼 보안 요소의 변경 영향도를 분석하여 규제 준수와 제품 경쟁력을 동시에 확보할 수 있는 역량이 요구됩니다.\nResponsibilities\n보안 개발 계획 및 실행 관리\n차량 Cyber Security 제품의 개발 로드맵, 범위, 일정, 인력·협력사 의존성을 수립하고 실행을 관리합니다.\n\n차종별 제어기, 차량 네트워크, 차량 OS, Secure Boot, 키·인증서 관리, 진단 보안 등 보안 기능의 개발·통합 계획을 수립합니다.\n\nWBS 및 ASPICE 기반으로 일정과 산출물을 관리하며, 제품 요구사항 문서(PRD)와 엔지니어링 요구사항 문서 등 필수 문서를 작성·관리합니다.\n\n요구사항 및 통합 조율\n고객사의 Cyber Security 요구사항을 분석하여 Feature별 차량 적용 계획을 수립하고 관리합니다.\n\n보안 요구사항이 전체 SW 구조 및 통신 사양서에 반영되도록 보안 사양 적용 SW 버전을 지정하고, 전체 SW 개발 일정에 맞춰 개발 우선순위와 보안 검증·배포 일정을 유관 조직과 협의해 결정합니다.\n\nVehicle PM, SW 개발팀, SW 배포 담당자, PMO, 사업, 검증 등 다수 조직 간 협업을 조율하고 의사결정을 이끕니다.\n\n검증 및 리스크 관리\n개발, 통합, 실차 검증 단계의 보안 테스트 계획·진척·결함·조치 현황을 관리하고, 적용 시의 기술적 리스크를 식별해 대응합니다.\n\nSoC, 제어기, Cyber Security Feature, 인프라, SW 협력사의 기술 산출물·일정·품질 이슈를 관리하고 내부 개발팀과의 의사결정을 조율합니다.\n\nQualifications\nPM/PMO/Product Manager 또는 유관 직무 경력 5년 이상\n\n차량, 임베디드 SW, ECU, 차량 플랫폼 또는 커넥티드카 분야에서 복수 개발팀 및 외부 협력사와 HW·FW·SW 통합 개발 일정을 관리하거나 기술 리드로 참여한 경험\n\n보안 관련 프로젝트를 전체 SW 개발 일정에 맞춰 리딩하고, 보안 적용 버전·개발 우선순위·배포 일정을 유관 조직과 조율해 의사결정을 이끌어낸 경험\n\nOS, 임베디드 소프트웨어 구조, 네트워크 또는 차량용 통신(CAN, Ethernet 등)에 대한 기본적 이해\n\nSDV 및 SW 아키텍처에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 보안 사양이 타 기능에 미치는 영향을 파악할 수 있는 역량\n\n기술적 논점을 개발 일정 및 의사결정 항목으로 구조화하고, 문서화와 커뮤니케이션을 통해 여러 이해관계자 간 합의를 이끌 수 있는 역량\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n자동차 보안 관련 국제 표준 및 법규(ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155 등)를 실제
