You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and business roles such as finance, HR, procurement, operations, and program management, and support our technical hiring as needed. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who wants to grow their career on a fast-moving team, working closely with hiring managers and learning from experienced recruiting leaders.\nResponsibilities\nFull-Cycle Recruiting\n\nManage the recruiting process from start to finish for corporate and business roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.\n\nMeet with hiring managers to understand each role and what a strong candidate looks like.\n\nSourcing\n\nFind and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.\n\nBuild and maintain pipelines for recurring and upcoming roles.\n\nCandidate Experience\n\nServe as the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed with timely, professional updates at every stage.\n\nMake sure every candidate, hired or not, leaves with a positive impression of 42dot.\n\nHiring Manager Partnership\n\nKeep hiring managers updated on pipeline status and share market feedback on candidate availability and expectations.\n\nCollect interview feedback promptly to keep the process moving.\n\nRecruiting Operations\n\nKeep candidate and requisition data accurate and up to date in our applicant tracking system.\n\nTrack key metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline status, and flag delays early.\n\nEmployer Branding\n\nHelp promote 42dot through job postings, LinkedIn, and networking events.\n\nWrite clear, engaging job descriptions with hiring managers.\n\nOnboarding\n\nHelp new hires get off to a strong start by coordinating with HR, IT, and their teams, and keeping them informed through their first days.\n\nInclusive Hiring\n\nSupport fair, consistent interview processes and help attract candidates from a wide range of backgrounds.\n\nQualifications\n2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.\n\nExperience hiring for corporate or business functions such as finance, HR, operations, or sales.
