  • Полный цикл сорсинга и подбора IT-специалистов (Backend, Frontend, AI, DevOps, Data Science, QA).
  • Активный поиск кандидатов через работные сайты, профессиональные сообщества .
  • Проведение телефонных скринингов и технических интервью (первичная оценка hard skills в паре с тимлидом)
  • Организация и координация этапов собеседований с заказчиками, предоставление обратной связи кандидатам.
  • Выстраивание процесса онбординга новых сотрудников совместно с HRD и руководителями направлений.
  • Ведение базы кандидатов и актуализация воронки найма в ИТ системе
  • Формирование кадрового резерва и работа с рекомендациями от действующих сотрудников.

Требования:

  • Высшее профессиональное образование
  • Опыт работы от 3 лет
  • Понимание специфики ИТ отбора
  • Навыки проведения первичных технических интервью
