This is a team focused position with opportunity to master machinery and processes key to cannabis extraction.\nAVAILABILITY\nThis is a full time position that offers a flexible 4-day work week schedule!\nMonday - Thursday, 8:00am-6:00pm\nCOMPENSATION\n$19/hour\nABOUT YOU\nSomeone who has always enjoyed science and has experience in lab environments.\nLoves cannabis and is interested in the process of making infused cannabis products and concentrates.\nA time management expert who can stay on top of multiple processes at once.\nA self-starter who thrives in task-based work with clear processes and checklists.\nEnjoys being behind the scenes and striving towards a clearly defined goal.\nWants to join a small team and make a big difference.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCalculate, measure, weigh, and record results of processed oil throughout all stages of extraction production while following proper storage procedures according to company guidelines\nAssist with product filtering and rotary evaporation processes\nSafely operate all extraction machines, equipment, and laboratory instruments\nFollow proper data formatting and recording in lab notebooks, computer databases, and test reports while ensuring compliance with state with local and state regulations.\nTeam player who enjoys jumping in to help other departments and processes.\nKEY COLLABORATORS\nLab Manager\nLab Supervisor\nDirector of Production\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nThis is a hands-on, cannabis production position. You will be working in an indoor production, warehouse-like environment.\nRooms are industrially lit and feature heavy machinery sounds at times.\nKneeling, squatting, lifting, bending, walking, pivoting, standing all expected activities. Expect to lift 100+lbs.\nPlant pollen is present on surfaces and in the air.\nExtraction fumes may also be present.\n*NOTE: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells while traveling throughout building. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
