TQM Enterprise is a large, established quality management platform built on C# and modernized to .NET 9 and ASP .NET Core. It combines a web application, APIs, identity services and background processing, backed by SQL Server and deployed as containerized workloads.

Your work on TQM Enterprise will help the platform remain stable, secure and fast for existing customers while the team develops new functionality, improves integrations and continues evolving its architecture and delivery practices.

Your future duties

• Design, develop and maintain new features across the TQM web application, APIs and background-processing workloads

• Improve application performance and reliability, including SQL Server and NHibernate data access

• Maintain secure per-organization access and data separation throughout the platform

• Participate in code reviews, technical decisions, testing and incremental modernization

• Bring ideas and collaborate in an international development team

Necessary experience

• 5+ years of professional C# development experience

• Strong production experience with ASP .NET Core and modern .NET

• Experience working with large, modular applications and improving them incrementally

Core technical skills

• Modern C# with .NET 9 and ASP .NET Core

• SQL Server design, indexing and performance tuning

• NHibernate or strong experience with another mature ORM and willingness to learn NHibernate

• RESTful API design and OpenAPI/Swagger contracts

• Automated testing with MSTest, Moq or comparable tooling

• Docker and container-based development

• Layered architecture and SOLID principles

Additional technical skills

• RabbitMQ or comparable messaging

• Redis for distributed caching and session storage

• SignalR or comparable real-time communication

• OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect integration

• Entity Framework Core for focused services

• Experience modernizing established .NET applications without disruptive rewrites

Nice to have

• Experience running and troubleshooting containerized .NET applications on AWS or Kubernetes; familiarity with Helm and GitOps delivery such as FluxCD

• Application observability: structured logging, metrics, tracing, health checks and production diagnostics

• ASP .NET Core MVC/Razor and established JavaScript or TypeScript frontends such as Knockout and jQuery

• Event-driven integration patterns

• Security in organization-scoped SaaS systems: authorization, data separation and privacy

• Quality, HSE or other regulated, audit-driven domain knowledge

Remote work

The position is remote work but we usually meet in the office 2-3 times a month. Ideal candidate should be located in Tricity or near by.
