(“4LEAF”) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support a client’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project in the Santa Clara County area. The Construction Manager will oversee vertical building construction projects, coordinating with the client, design professionals, contractors, and other project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.\nDirect construction management experience on vertical projects is required. Experience limited to horizontal construction does not meet the position’s core requirement.\nResponsibilities:\nManage vertical building construction projects from construction through project closeout.\nCoordinate project activities among the client, contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.\nMonitor construction progress,schedule, budget, quality, and compliance with contract documents.\nReview and track project schedules, submittals, RFIs, change requests, payment applications, and other construction documents.\nLead or participate in project meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up on outstanding issues.\nIdentify and communicate project risks, delays, cost changes, and potential impacts to the client.\nCoordinate the resolution of construction issues and help ensure work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements.\nSupport inspections, punch-list activities, testing, commissioning, acceptance, and final project documentation.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrent accreditation as a Certified Construction Manager is required.\nDemonstrated construction management experience on vertical building construction projects is required.\nKnowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, contract administration, quality management, and project closeout.\nStrong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with public agency clients, contractors, design professionals, and project teams.\nRegistration as a Civil Engineer (PE) or Licensed Architect is preferred.\n4LEAF anticipates that the salary range for this position will be between $170,600 and $227,500 per year, commensurate with professional
