In this role, you'll help process and structure all data coming into our product, execute data pipelines, and maintain data quality. Your role will be pivotal in creating a unified, up-to-date, and accurate utilities map, services, and applications for accelerating our mapping operations. Your contributions will directly impact our core product's success.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement software solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.\nProvide technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software products.\nDesign and implement CI/CD processes for data processing, releasing, testing and monitoring, ensuring robustness and consistency.\nCreate and manage data infrastructure components, including ETL workflows, databases, supporting seamless data flow and accessibility.\nDevelop and optimize complex Python-based applications and services to allow more efficient data processing capabilities, enhancing quality and accuracy of our data.\nConduct technical reviews of third-party tools, frameworks and technologies.\nIdentify technical debt and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance code quality and maintainability.\nimplement technologies, industry trends and software development methodologies.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5 years as a software engineer with solid Python skills\nProven experience with AI development tools - we use Claude Code as a daily tool on our team\nFamiliarity with Airflow (or comparable orchestration)\nExperience with PostgreSQL/SQL, AWS services, K8S, Docker, debugging\nFluent written and verbal English\nAI-First Mindset\nWe are building an AI-first engineering culture, and we're looking for engineers who are genuinely excited about working this way.\nYou don't need to arrive with a fully formed AI workflow -
