Including but not limited to electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.\nSchedule: 1stshift, Monday - Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or similar. Training may occur at other times.\nSalary Range: $25.00 To $30.00 Hourly. Thank you for understanding.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssist plant management in maintaining a proactive preventative maintenance program\nSafely troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems\nMaintain hardware and software by responding to emergency service requests including diagnosing problems, ordering parts as needed, completing repairs or recommending solutions\nParticipate in installation and removal of equipment\nConduct routine checks and service equipment as required\nProvide production with clear proactive information on service issues\nEnsure completion of assignments by meeting quality/quantity specifications and requirements\nComplete and process all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. \nRegularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s) \nAdhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment\nAssist in cultivating an interdependent safety culture by reporting workplace hazards, related injuries, illnesses and or/near misses to management immediately\nAttend all department/company meetings\nWear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required. \nOther duties as assigned \nFor an extensive list of responsibilities, duties and physical demands/work environment please refer to the attached Job Description.\nEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nEDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:\nMinimum of one (1) to three (3) years related field experience diagnosing and troubleshooting basic electrical problems using diagrams or blueprints\nMinimum of one (1) to three (3) years related field experience maintaining electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems\nMinimum two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology\nCRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to the component level\nWorking knowledge of materials and chemicals used in the printing industry\nBasic math skills, ability to perform mathematical functions of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division\nKnowledge of high and low voltage wiring, capability of identifying and qualifying single phase as well as three phase power requirements\nAbility to operate gas and electrical forklifts\nEffectively communicate orally and written with all members of the internal organization as well as external customers\nAbility to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required for business needs\nReading comprehension in relation to job\nDetail-oriented and organized work ethics include efficient time management skills, with proven track record of completion of tasks/assignments\nAbility to adapt to a changing environment\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
