Thank you for your understanding.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nEnterprise Transformation\nLead enterprise business initiatives from project initiation through successful implementation by coordinating business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Technology teams, vendors, and executive sponsors.\nPartner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into executable project plans.\nEnsure organizational readiness through communication, training, and change management.\nProject Planning & Execution\nLead enterprise business transformation initiatives from project initiation through successful adoption.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\nCoordinate business readiness activities, including requirements reviews, solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation planning.\nMonitor project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution.\nBreak large initiatives into actionable tasks and maintain project momentum.\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.\nFacilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, and provide regular reporting on project progress.\nManage stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.\nPrepare project documentation, decision summaries, and executive-ready presentations when needed.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, reviewed, approved, and ready for development.\nCoordinate resources across multiple departments to ensure projects move forward efficiently.\nFoster strong communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners when applicable.\nSupport teams through changing priorities while maintaining focus on business objectives.\nRisk Management & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks early, and develop mitigation strategies.\nResolve issues that impact project timelines or deliverables.\nRecommend improvements to project management processes, tools, and workflows.\nPromote project management best practices across the organization.\nEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nEDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business or technology initiatives.\nPMP or CAPM certification preferred.\nExperience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.\nExperience supporting enterprise technology implementations such as CRM, PIM, ERP, marketing automation, digital transformation, or eCommerce platforms.\nExperience working with remote and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.\nAbility to travel up to 20% and occasionally work outside standard business hours to support critical project milestones.\nCRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:\nStrong project planning, execution, risk management, resource planning, and budget management skills.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project momentum and accountability.\nResults-oriented with a focus on driving projects through successful completion and delivering measurable business outcomes.\n4OVER COMPANY HISTORY\n4over was founded in February of 2001.
