Apply now!\nSummary: The Offset Pressroom Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and directing daily activities/tasks to employees, ensuring Offset Pressroom operations result in the production of timely quality printed products. In this role, the Pressroom Supervisor works closely in developing and growing associates. In the absence of the Plant Manager or Production Manager, the Pressroom Supervisor will act in accordance as primary plant leader.\nSalary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.\nCompensation commensurate with experience.\nAt this time, we are not engaging with agencies or third-party recruiters. Thank you for your understanding.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinates daily shift production and overtime schedules optimizing staffing levels and equipment availability\nMonitors and reports on production levels, production schedule and inventories to Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager\nHelps to resolve operational, production and maintenance of equipment issues to ensure optimal production levels\nAssists in maintaining a prevention frequency rates whilst maintaining compliance and reporting standards\nMaintains a regular presence on the pressroom floor ensuring delegated tasks are being completed \nInventory control to avoid shortages and communicate adequately with other departments as needed \nCoordinate outside vendors including the scheduling of technicians and order parts as needed\nSupport the Plant Manager and Production Manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures uniformly and fairly\nConduct quality inspection on products to verify conformance to specifications and orders and make quality decisions to maintain production/quality standards\nEnsures that all employees are aware of and comply with OSHA regulations and ISO requirements\nAssists Management/ HR in the completion of safety training and all incident/accident/near miss investigations ensuring a safety culture that exceeds company requirements \nEnsure correct utilization of equipment, assets, and resources-reword\nEnsure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and are free of safety hazards\nComplete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. including reviewing timecards, reporting workplace hazards, work related injuries, illnesses, and/or near misses to management\nAssist in maintaining and promoting a high team spirit culture\nMaintain productive working relationships helping to develop pressroom employees through ongoing training and development needs including resolving employee grievances, providing encouragement, as well as providing constructive performance feedback\nSupport the Plant Manager in evaluating and hiring new employees including reviewing applications and interviewing candidates\nEnsure that all employees know and understand company and customer quality requirements and production standards of the pressroom.\nCollaborate with internal departments to assist in resolving customer service/quality issues and customer escalations\nComplete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.\nRegularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s)\nWear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required\nAdhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment\nAttend all department/company meetings\nOther duties as assigned \nFor an extensive list of responsibilities, duties and physical demands/work environment please refer to the attached Job Description.\nEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nEDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:\n15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in multi-brand environments.\nBachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree a plus.\nProven track record of developing and executing brand strategies.\nExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital platforms (UX/UI, social media, video).\nAI-driven design tools experience (e.g., design assets, generative AI for creative workflows) preferred.\nAnimation and motion graphics skills for digital and video content.\nStrong understanding of print production processes and best practices.\nGlobal experience preferred but not required.\nStrong understanding of digital asset management systems.\nCRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:\nSelf-Motivation & Accountability: Ability to stay focused on tasks, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
