We are seeking a high energy, organized and self-motivated individual who will initiate outbound prospect calls, qualifying their needs, and setting appointments for Outside Account Managers.\nLocation: Remote\nYou will be responsible for:\nMeet and exceed daily and monthly activity targets including outbound dials, connections, and appointment bookings\nMeet and exceed monthly and annual quota for Gross Margin on New Business\nProactively generate leads through various techniques, includes telephone cold calling, email, social media, and mail distribution.\nProvide prompt telephone/email follow up to leads from all sources and properly document and track results\nUtilizing variety of industry specific databases, search for potential prospects that meet 4Refuel ideal prospect profile, qualify and set Fuel Consultant appointments for A/B prospects\nBuild and maintain a knowledge base to become an expert on 4Refuel capabilities and services. Study our value proposition as part of your sales presentation\nUtilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage lead generation in assigned territory\nParticipates in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and service offering knowledge. Participate in ongoing improvements to call scripting and objection handling\nSkills & Abilities:\nA high energy, self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture\n1 to 2 years’ experience in value-add, solution-based selling or related direct sales background with proven history of quota over achievement\nExcellent verbal (via telephone) and written(via email) communication skills Strong listening skills and presentation skills\nStrategic sales capabilities with the ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow up calls without being over aggressive\nStrong organization and time management skills, able to plan your day to achieve daily activity expectations\nBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications or a related field\nStrong computer processing skills (Word, Outlook, Internet) and experience with Salesforce\nYou will be highly motivated, energetic and seek the challenges & rewards of supporting a great value add service & reaching your potential\n4Refuel welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
