thrives in a fastpaced operational environment.\nRouting & Operational Coordination\nPlan, route, and sequence fuel delivery orders to maximize efficiency and meet changing business and customer demands.\nIntegrate new customers into existing routes by incorporating delivery requirements in a manner that minimizes delivery costs and maximizes service effectiveness.\nReview previous day routing sheets, identify discrepancies, and adjust routing strategies for continues improvement\nContinuously analyze route configurations and implement improvements to enhance operational performance and cost effectiveness\nCommunication & Customer Support\nCommunicate effectively with Certified Refueling Professionals, Customers, Sales and internal teams to ensure optimal service levels are maintained.\nRespond quickly to operational changes and adjust routing plans as required.\nFoster strong teamwork by maintain positive working relationships across all departments.\nAdministrative & Compliance Support\nProvide administrative support to the Operations team, including documentation, reporting, and data entry.\nMaintain high levels of accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support overall operational success.\nExperience & Knowledge\nStrong knowledge of and familiarity with the BC Lower Mainland.\nMinimum 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably within transportation or logistics.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong computer proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.\nHighly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.\nProven ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to changing operational needs.\nStrong customer service background with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.\nMotivated self starter who works well independently and as part of a team.\nWorking Hours\nMonday to Friday 9AM to 5PM with the possibility of transitioning to a rotational schedule in the
