We foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture where growth, learning, and professional development are encouraged.\nWhat You'll Do\nInventory & Yard Management\nTrack and maintain accurate records of all equipment inventory entering and leaving the yard\nAssign and verify stock numbers on all equipment\nPrepare and process equipment release and return documentation\nReceive new, used, and consigned equipment, including unloading deliveries and completing required paperwork\nMonitor equipment status and location throughout the yard, shop, and storage areas\nMaintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional yard environment\nEquipment Readiness\nInspect equipment to verify operational readiness\nIdentify maintenance or repair needs and coordinate service requests\nPartner with Parts and Service teams to ensure rental equipment remains in excellent working condition\nCustomer & Team Support\nProvide professional, responsive customer service\nAssist with rental inquiries and phone calls when the Rental Manager is unavailable\nSupport communication between Rental, Sales, Parts, and Service departments\nHelp ensure customers receive the right equipment, on time, and ready to perform\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record\nStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skills\nAbility to adapt quickly and effectively manage changing priorities\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience working with heavy equipment, construction or agricultural equipment.\nPrior experience in equipment rental, inventory control, logistics, or yard operations\nTraining is available for candidates eager to learn and grow within the role.\nPhysical Requirements\nTo successfully perform this role, employees must be able to:\nWork outdoors in varying and sometimes extreme weather conditions\nFrequently stand, walk, bend, climb, and move around heavy equipment\nLift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds\nSafely access and inspect equipment from ground level and elevated positions\nWork Environment\nThis position regularly operates in outdoor yard environments and around heavy machinery.
