Team Leadership and Management : \n\n- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps, SecOps, Linux Engineers, DBA's, network engineers, and other technical staff.\n\n- Develop team goals and objectives in alignment with IT strategies the IT management team sets out.\n\n- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster professional development.\n\n2. Infrastructure Management : \n\n- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.\n\n- Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical resources.\n\n3. Incident and Problem Management : \n\n- Lead the response to critical incidents, acting as a technical lead during service disruptions.\n\n- Ensure root cause analyses are conducted and that the results are used to prevent future incidents.\n\n4. Strategic Planning and Optimization : \n\n- Contribute to the strategy and planning of infrastructure improvements and investments.\n\n- Optimise existing infrastructure for cost, performance, and security.\n\n5. Security and Compliance : \n\n- Ensure infrastructure is compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations.\n\n- Collaborate with security teams to ensure the organisation's infrastructure is secure and risks are mitigated.\n\n6.
