Growth and a great team culture matter to you? 4soft is the perfect place to find both.\nJoin our client's team, a fast-growing scale-up in the fiat-to-crypto payments space, and take ownership of core parts of its onramping platform. \nTech environment: Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, AWS, CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes\nAs a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:\nDesigning and building robust, scalable backend services and APIs in Node.js and TypeScript\n\nWorking closely with product to shape features from discovery through delivery, not only building to a spec\n\nOwning work end to end: scoping, building, shipping and monitoring\n\nWriting secure, well-tested, production-ready code for systems with real uptime requirements\n\nContributing to and improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and cloud infrastructure\n\nTaking part in code reviews, architectural discussions and technical decision-making\n\nHelping keep production systems reliable and observable, and responding when things go wrong\n\nWhat we expect from you:\nStrong, production-proven JavaScript/TypeScript experience, including real use of the type system\n\nSolid backend experience. Node.js is preferred; excellent backend experience in Java, Go or Python is acceptable\n\nHands-on production experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP or Azure\n\nWorking understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices\n\nA security-conscious approach: attack surfaces, data handling and least-privilege access are habits\n\nGenuine interest in crypto and in the company's product\n\nAbility to work with product teams, translate between technical constraints and business needs, and push back when needed\n\nEnglish proficiency at C1 level or above (for international client collaboration)\n\nPolish language skills at B2 level or above (for smooth communication with the team)\n\nGreat if you also bring:\nAWS experience specifically\n\nTerraform for infrastructure-as-code\n\nKubernetes for container orchestration\n\nFintech experience, particularly payments, transactions or regulated financial systems\n\nWhat helps us stay balanced:\nGrow your skills and hobbies with us - make use of a dedicated training and wellbeing budget\n\nWork from home or the office - your choice, up to 100% remote\n\nAccess to specialists whenever you need them via our LuxMed healthcare package\n\nIf the gym is your second home, activate a Multisport card with us\n\nLooking for a long-term home?
