Growth and a great team culture matter to you? 4soft is the perfect place to find both.\nJoin our client’s Innovation team, a leading financial market infrastructure provider, and help deliver the digital capabilities that are reshaping how financial markets work. \nEnvironment: Agile Scrum, DLT, Blockchain, Azure, UML, Gherkin\nAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:\nActing as the key interface between business stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the IT team\n\nUnderstanding business drivers and needs, mainly through stakeholder interviews and workshops\n\nLeading the analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and translating them into structured documentation in TFS\n\nOrganising pre-refinements with Solution Architects, fellow BAs, and the Product Owner, and leading refinements with the Scrum team\n\nClarifying Product Backlog Items (PBIs) until they are ready for development\n\nAssisting the Product Owner in writing and prioritising PBIs and maintaining a healthy backlog\n\nPreparing detailed business requirements and validating functional designs derived from your analysis\n\nWriting and reviewing test case and supporting test execution to make sure solutions match real business needs\n\nActing as the guardian of the project’s business scope\n\nMastering the solution demo and supporting business teams in client meetings\n\nSupporting PoC/PoV activities and staying on top of emerging trends in DLT and digital assets\n\nWhat we expect from you:\nProven experience in business analysis in the financial services sector\n\nStrong understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)\n\nUnderstanding of the bond primary issuance process and the role of a Central Securities Depository (CSD)\n\nSolid Agile Scrum expertise, including backlog refinement and PBI management\n\nExperience in test case writing and execution\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills\n\nExcellent documentation skills\n\nStrong priority and time management skills\n\nA proactive, “make things happen” attitude, and the ability to collaborate across business, product, and engineering teams\n\nEagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a complex, evolving environment\n\nEnglish proficiency at C1 level or above (for international client collaboration)\n\nPolish language skills at B2 level or above (for smooth communication with the team)\n\nGreat if you also bring:\nKnowledge of R3 Corda, Canton, Hyperledger Besu or Ethereum\n\nKnowledge of UML\n\nUnderstanding of Gherkin\n\nExperience with PoC/PoV initiatives or digital securities projects\n\nWhat helps us stay balanced:\nGrow your skills and hobbies with us - make use of a dedicated training and wellbeing budget\n\nWork from home or the office - your choice, up to 100% remote\n\nAccess to specialists whenever you need them via our LuxMed healthcare package\n\nIf the gym is your second home, activate a Multisport card with us\n\nLooking for a long-term home?
