The ideal candidate will have strong hands - on expertise in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, modern data platforms, and Generative AI solutions.\n\nYou will be responsible for defining architecture standards, designing scalable data platforms, enabling AI/LLM/RAG use cases, and providing technical leadership from architecture through implementation.\n\nCore Technical Expertise :\n\n- Strong expertise in Databricks and modern data engineering architecture.\n\n- Hands - on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics platforms.\n\n- Strong understanding of Data Lakes, Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures.\n\n- Expertise in PySpark and scalable distributed data processing.\n\n- Experience designing GenAI, LLM and RAG - based enterprise solutions.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Data Modelling and enterprise analytical models.\n\n- Experience defining scalable, secure and governed enterprise data architectures.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Define enterprise - wide Data and AI architecture, standards and solution patterns.\n\n- Design and lead high - performance Databricks and Microsoft Fabric platforms.\n\n- Architect scalable Data Lake, Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions.\n\n- Design AI/ML - ready data pipelines and data - processing architectures.\n\n- Develop architecture patterns for GenAI, LLM and RAG solutions.\n\n- Establish best practices for data governance, quality, security and modelling.\n\n- Drive platform scalability, reliability, performance and cost optimisation.\n\n- Partner with business, engineering and product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Provide architecture - level guidance and mentor technical and engineering teams.\n\n- Lead technical decision - making from solution architecture through implementation.\n\nCandidate Profile :\n\n- 12 - 14 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture or related technology domains.\n\n- Strong hands - on experience in enterprise - scale architecture and solution design.\n\n- Proven experience with Databricks and PySpark.\n\n- Hands - on experience with Microsoft Fabric.\n\n- Strong exposure to cloud - based enterprise data platforms.\n\n- Experience designing and implementing GenAI / LLM / RAG solutions.\n\n- Strong understanding of Lakehouse, Data Lake and Data Warehouse architecture.\n\n- Excellent knowledge of Data Modelling and enterprise data design.\n\n- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management and architecture decision - making skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with data governance, metadata management and data quality frameworks.\n\n- Experience designing secure and governed enterprise AI solutions.\n\n- Exposure to AI/ML platform architecture and production AI workloads.\n\n- Experience with modern cloud data ecosystems.\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ideal for a senior architect who can combine deep Data Platform expertise with modern AI architecture and lead enterprise -
