This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their finance and accounting skills within a professional environment.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Capture and process financial transactions, invoices, receipts and payment documentation accurately and timeously.\n\n Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets and supporting documentation.\n\n Assist with accounts payable and receivable administration, including supplier invoices, customer account queries and payment requests.\n\n Support bank, supplier and customer reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\n\n Assist with monthly financial reporting, month-end processes and audit preparation.\n\n Maintain accurate information on accounting systems and adhere to internal financial procedures and controls.\n\n Identify errors, discrepancies or missing information and escalate these to the Finance Manager.\n\n Provide general administrative and transactional support to the Finance Manager.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nQualifications\n\n Grade 12 / Matric is essential.\n\n A diploma, certificate or degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management or a related field will be advantageous.\n\nExperience\n\n 1–2 years' experience in a finance administration, accounts clerk, bookkeeping or junior accounting role is preferred.\n\nSkills & Competencies\n\n Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.\n\n High levels of accuracy in data capturing and financial administration.\n\n Good organisational, planning and time-management skills.\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications.\n\n Ability to work with accounting systems and learn new financial software.\n\n Good written and verbal communication skills.\n\n Ability to identify errors, investigate discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.\n\n Ability to work independently on routine tasks while collaborating with the wider Finance team.\n\n Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential financial information.\n\n Willingness to learn, accept feedback and develop professionally.\n\nPackage & Remuneration\nR10 000 to R15 000 (CTC) dependent on experience and
