And if F1 is your thing, even better.\nSomeone who knows what motorsports fans are interested in, understands the tension of a race weekend and gets excited by the stories happening both on and off the track. You don’t just need to know how to edit; you need to know what makes a moment worth watching. \nYou’ll help turn raw footage into brilliant stories, bringing pace, personality and emotion to content made for one of the most recognisable sporting teams and global brand. From fast-turnaround social edits to more considered creative pieces, you’ll know how to find the story, build the tension and deliver something that makes people in their tracks, and share with their friends. \nWe’re looking for someone with a sharp creative eye, a feel for what works on social and a genuine passion for the craft. Someone who brings ideas to the table, cares about the details and wants to push what sports content can be.\nKey responsibilities of the role:\nEdit high-impact creative workCraft compelling edits across brand campaigns, social content, documentary storytelling and premium branded content.\n\nBring creative ideas to life through editingCollaborate with creative teams to shape the tone, pace and storytelling of projects from rough cut through to final delivery.\n\nCreate standout social editsApply platform-native techniques, fast pacing and bold editorial approaches that elevate our content in crowded feeds.\n\nWork across multiple formats and outputsDeliver work across social, digital, broadcast and campaign environments.\n\nShape narrative and rhythmHelp define the storytelling arc of projects through editorial decisions that heighten emotion, tension and energy.\n\nCollaborate with Motion, Sound and Design teamsWork closely with motion designers and sound specialists to ensure editorial, graphics and sound design combine into one seamless piece of storytelling.\n\nChampion editorial craftMaintain best-in-class standards and constantly push for distinctive, powerful and culturally relevant work.\n\nStay ahead of editorial cultureTrack emerging editing techniques, social formats and storytelling trends across sport, entertainment and digital culture.\n\nKnowledge in motorsport and F1 is a massive bonusLearning the key nuances and storylines that bring these fans back for more.\n\nThis role is for you if you:\nAre an expert in editorial storytellingYou understand how to craft narrative through pacing, structure and emotion.\nYou can cut a hero film, a social edit, or a documentary-style story with equal confidence.\n\nUnderstand the intersection of Sport & EntertainmentYou instinctively know how to amplify the spectacle, drama and emotion of sport through editorial craft.\n\nHave deep knowledge of social editing techniquesYou understand how content lives in the feed - from punchy social edits and platform-native formats to bold visual transitions, pacing and rhythm that stop the scroll.\n\nHave exceptional taste and editorial instinctYou know when to push a moment harder, when to strip things back, and when to surprise the viewer.\n\nAre fluent in modern editing tools and workflowsAdvanced knowledge of Premiere Pro is essential. Experience with After Effects, sound design and colour workflows are highly valued.\n\nAre collaborative and creativeYou enjoy working closely with Creative Directors, Motion Designers, Producers and Social teams to shape ideas and elevate the final output. You may even have some of these skills yourself.\n\nAre organised and calm under pressureYou can manage multiple projects, respond to feedback constructively and maintain quality in fast-paced production environments.\n\nLive and breathe sportYou understand the drama, culture and storytelling power of sport and how it resonates with global fan communities.\n\nCare deeply about craftSound design, rhythm, pacing and transitions matter to you.
