Im Team Systemdienstleistungen arbeite ich an der Weiterentwicklung zentraler Regelreserveprozesse und leiste damit einen wichtigen Beitrag für den sicheren Netzbetrieb der Zukunft. Gemeinsam mit meinen Teamkolleg*innen verantworte ich die Weiterentwicklung des Regelleistungsaustauschs über HVDC-Systeme und trage damit zu einem effizienten europaweiten Einsatz von Regelleistung bei. Darüber hinaus unterstütze ich die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Regelleistungsprozesse durch datengetriebene Analysen und die Entwicklung von Citizen-Development-Lösungen. Durch die Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Gremien stehe ich im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Fachleuten aus IT, Energiewirtschaft und Systemführung. So kann ich mein technisches, energiewirtschaftliches und regulatorisches Know-how kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.\nMeine Aufgaben\nFachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten zur Integration von HGÜ-Verbindungen (HVDC) in die Regelreserveprozesse,\nFachliche Betreuung des Geschäftsprozesses der Leistung-Frequenz-Regelung (LFR),\nVorbereitung und Begleitung von Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen von IT-Lösungen,\nBetreuung und Entwicklung von Citizen-Development-Projekten im Rahmen der Regelreserveprozesse,\nDatengetriebene Ad-Hoc-Analysen und Maintenance bestehender Analyse-Skripte,\nMitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Gremien, u. a. zu europäischen Regelleistungskooperationen.\nMeine Kompetenzen\nMit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,\nRelevante Berufserfahrung oder entsprechende Schwerpunkte im Studium sowie Praktika,\nAusgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten,\nHohe Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen selbstständig voranzutreiben,\nAusgeprägtes Systemverständnis für elektrische Energiesysteme,\nErfahrungen mit der automatisierten Analyse großer Datenmengen,\nVertiefte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B.
