en cohérence avec la vision produit définie par le Product Director.\nIdentifier les opportunités d’amélioration à partir de données, des retours joueurs et de la veille concurrentielles.\nGérer et prioriser le backlog selon la valeur business, l’impact utilisateur et l’effort de réalisation.\nProfil recherché\n**Formation & expérience*** Formation supérieure (école d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou université), avec ouverture à d’autres parcours.\n* Au moins 3 ans d’expérience sur des fonctions Produit (Product Manager, Product Owner).\n* Expérience sur des produits digitaux B2C, idéalement dans le jeu en ligne ou le mobile.\n**Compétences clés**\n* Bonne maîtrise des méthodologies agiles et des pratiques produit.\n* Capacité à rédiger des spécifications claires et à travailler avec les équipes de développement.\n* Aisance avec la donnée : suivi de KPIs, A/B testing, analyse de performance.\n* Compréhension des enjeux d’engagement et de monétisation dans le jeu en ligne.\n* Connaissance du Bridge et/ou des plateformes Bridge de 52 Entertainment fortement appréciée.\n* Maîtrise d’outils produit tels que Jira, Figma, etc.\n* Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français à l’écrit comme à l’oral.\n**Savoir-être**\n* Orientation utilisateur et résultats.\n* Sens des priorités et capacité à arbitrer.\n* Rigueur, esprit analytique et excellente communication.\n* Esprit d’équipe et capacité à fédérer des profils variés.\n* Curiosité et intérêt pour l’univers du jeu, du bridge et des communautés en
