We are dedicated to creating a significant impact for our employees by fostering a culture that sparks innovation and supports professional and personal growth along the way.\nOverview of Role\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Associate Delivery Manager with a strong Agile and Scrum background to support the successful delivery of customer-facing technology programs across cloud, data, AI, analytics, and application development initiatives.\nThis role is ideal for professionals with approximately 3+ years of experience who have worked as a Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, Agile Delivery Lead, Technical Project Coordinator, or Associate Project Manager and are looking to grow into broader Delivery Management responsibilities.\nThe ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring timely execution of project milestones. You will partner closely with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams, and customers to deliver high-quality technology solutions while continuously improving Agile maturity and delivery excellence. In addition to supporting larger and more complex programs, you will also have the opportunity to independently manage smaller customer engagements as the Delivery Manager, taking ownership of planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery.\nResponsibilities\nDelivery Coordination\nSupport the successful delivery of software, cloud, data, AI, and application development projects.\nCoordinate sprint execution, release planning, project tracking, and delivery milestones.\nAssist Delivery Managers in monitoring project health, risks, dependencies, and delivery schedules.\nTrack project progress, team capacity, resource allocation, and delivery metrics.\nEscalate delivery risks and blockers proactively while driving timely resolution.\nEnsure project documentation, governance artifacts, and status reports are maintained accurately.\nSupport multiple concurrent Agile projects and distributed engineering teams.\nIndependently manage smaller customer engagements as the Delivery Manager, owning end-to-end delivery including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and successful project outcomes.\nBalance responsibilities across independently managed engagements while providing delivery support to larger, strategic programs led by senior Delivery Managers.\nAgile Delivery & Scrum Leadership\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Retrospectives.\nCoach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum values, and continuous improvement practices.\nPartner with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs and sprint priorities.\nTrack sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and release readiness.\nIdentify delivery bottlenecks and work with teams to remove impediments.\nFoster accountability, collaboration, transparency, and ownership across Agile teams.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives based on retrospective outcomes and delivery metrics.\nProject Governance & Reporting\nPrepare project status reports, dashboards, and delivery metrics for stakeholders.\nMonitor sprint health, schedule adherence, defect leakage, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.\nMaintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action trackers.\nEnsure compliance with delivery governance standards and organizational processes.\nSupport forecasting activities, release planning, and sprint commitments.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and customer teams.\nCommunicate project status, delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment between business and engineering teams.\nSupport customer meetings, sprint demos, governance reviews, and project updates.\nServe as the primary Delivery Manager and customer point of contact for smaller engagements, ensuring effective stakeholder communication, governance, and customer satisfaction.\nMaintain a customer-first mindset throughout project execution.\nContinuous Improvement\nPromote Agile best practices across delivery teams.\nEncourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and process improvements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, predictability, and team productivity.\nContribute to organizational Agile maturity initiatives.\nSupport Delivery Managers in implementing operational excellence initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, Associate Project Manager, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role, with demonstrated ability or readiness to independently manage smaller customer engagements.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, Kanban, and modern software delivery practices.\nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint execution.\nHands-on experience working with cross-functional software engineering teams.\nGood understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nExperience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nUnderstanding of Agile metrics including Sprint Velocity, Burndown Charts, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Defect Leakage, Resource Utilization, Schedule Adherence, and Delivery Milestones.\nExperience coordinating multiple workstreams within Agile projects.\nStrong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.\nAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments.\nExposure to cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure) is preferred.\nExposure to AI, Data, Analytics, or Application Development projects is an added advantage.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.\nExperience working in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing organizations.\nExposure to cloud migration, AI/ML, data modernization, analytics, or digital transformation projects.\nExperience supporting distributed or global engineering teams.\nFamiliarity with delivery governance, release management, and Agile reporting.\nExperience independently managing small to mid-sized customer engagements or end-to-end
