We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own critical components of our Agent Platform, including orchestration, agent execution frameworks, tool integration patterns, and developer enablement.\nThis is a highly technical individual contributor role reporting to the Product Lead, AI Platform. You will partner closely with engineering, applied AI teams, and platform leaders to define the systems that enable every product team at 6sense to build reliable, scalable, and enterprise-ready agentic experiences.\nYour Impact\nAs Staff Product Manager, Agent Platform, you will:\nOwn Agent Runtime Capabilities\nDefine the roadmap for the core systems that power agent execution, workflow orchestration, state management, and task coordination across the platform.\nBuild Agent Development Frameworks\nDefine the standards, APIs, and tooling that enable engineering teams to build, deploy, and scale agentic applications consistently. Empower other teams to build agentic experiences powered by AI OS.\nDesign Capability Registration Systems\nPartner with engineering to create self-service mechanisms that allow teams to register tools, actions, workflows, and services within the AI OS.\nImprove Developer Experience\nCreate SDKs, platform abstractions, and operational tooling that reduce complexity and accelerate adoption across product teams.\nDrive Agent Reliability\nDefine platform requirements for observability, evals, debugging, resiliency, failure handling, and operational excellence.\nEnable Multi-Agent Workflows\nDevelop foundational capabilities that support planning, delegation, task execution, and coordination across complex agentic systems.\nPartner Across Product and Engineering\nWork closely with AI Platform, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure platform investments unlock customer-facing innovation.\nStrategic Themes You'll Drive\nAgent Infrastructure at Scale\nBuild the foundational systems that support intelligent workflows across all 6sense products.\nPlatform Self-Service\nEnable product teams to build agentic experiences without reinventing core infrastructure.\nEnterprise Reliability\nCreate the operational standards required for secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems.\nDeveloper Velocity\nReduce friction and accelerate the development of AI-powered applications across the organization.\nWhat You'll Bring\nAI Platform Experience\nExperience building products related to:\nAgent platforms\nAI orchestration systems\nWorkflow engines\nDistributed systems\nDeveloper platforms\nInfrastructure products\nTechnical Depth\nStrong understanding of concepts such as:\nAgent architectures\nFunction calling\nTool orchestration\nWorkflow execution\nState management\nMemory systems\nMulti-agent systems\nAI observability\nEvaluation frameworks\nPlatform Thinking\nA track record of building products used by multiple teams and supporting a broad ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders.\nCross Functional Leadership\nAbility to influence engineers, architects, researchers, and senior executives on highly technical topics.\nExperience\n8+ years in Product Management\nPlatform, Infrastructure, AI Platform, or Developer Platform experience\nExperience owning highly technical products with significant architectural complexity\nExperience working closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities at scale\nBase Salary Range: $191,833.50 - $262,355.80. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board.
