This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives on building scalable frameworks, driving engineering excellence, and influencing teams across the organization. \nYou will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our platform, enabling teams to build high-quality, reliable, and scalable services efficiently.\nWhat will you own :\nLead the design and development of scalable and resilient Frameworks hat empower scalable customer-facing APIs. \nInfluence architecture and design decisions across multiple teams; act as a technical advisor and escalation point for complex challenges.\nAlign engineering initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities.\nChampion best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, observability, and maintainability across teams. \nAdvocate for developer productivity by improving tooling, documentation, and onboarding experiences. Act as a developer evangelist for platform capabilities.\nMentor senior engineers and contribute to raising the technical bar across the organization through reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.\nLeverage generative AI and AI coding tools to accelerate developer productivity, engineering workflows, and automation of repetitive tasks\nWhat we're looking for :\n10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a staff-level role. \n Strong proficiency in Java or Golang\nExperience building platforms, frameworks, libraries, or SDKs at scale\nStrong understanding of software engineering best practices (code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability)\nExperience with cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)\nSolid experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching strategies\nProven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence without direct authority\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.\nUnderstanding of AI-native software development practices, including automated code generation, AI-driven testing, and human-in-the-loop review systems\nProven ability to adopt and drive modern engineering paradigms, particularly integrating AI into development workflows to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nProven leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.\nGood to have: \nExperience with Python and Django \nExperience building scalable APIs (external or partner-facing preferred)\nExperience acting as a technical evangelist (talks, documentation, internal advocacy)\nFamiliarity with API gateways, authentication/authorization patterns, and rate limiting\nSuccess In this role would look like :\nThis is a high-impact role at the intersection of platform engineering and developer experience.\nYou will define how engineers build, scale, and operate services-shaping both the technical architecture and the engineering culture of the organization.\nOur Benefits: \nFull-time employees can take advantage of health coverage, paid parental leave, generous paid time-off and holidays, quarterly self-care days off, and stock options.
