If you're ready to grow, lead and make a difference, come join our team and help shape the future of convenience.\nExpectations and Responsibilities:\nIntroduce intern to the tools, processes, and methodologies used in design project coordination for convenience store development.\nBuild foundational skills in design including floor planning, architectural, and civil design.\nProvide exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Entitlements, and Construction teams.\nAssist in maintaining design quality by supporting design deliverable owner review.\nSupport prototype design development through change request development.\nAnalyze historical design data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.\nParticipate in design review meetings and contribute to variance analysis and reporting.\nComplete a capstone assignment.\nQualifications:\nPursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business or related field\nStrong, clear and concise communication and writing skills\nExceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills\nAbility to independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications\nIf an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
