This role drives organizational performance by aligning structure, talent, culture, and ways of working with business strategy. This leader partners with executives and HR to enhance organizational capability, lead transformation initiatives, improve workforce effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture. The role leverages expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and analytics to support sustainable growth and business results.\nThis role is 100% onsite based in our Irving, Tx headquarters. \nKey Responsibilities\nOrganizational Design & Workforce Strategy\nDrive organizational design initiatives that align structure, roles, and capabilities with business objectives.\n\nEvaluate operating models, decision rights, spans and layers, and workforce effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed.\n\nDevelop workforce planning strategies that address current and future talent needs.\n\nSupport organizational restructures, integrations, acquisitions, and other large-scale changes.\n\nChange Management & Transformation\nDevelop and execute change management strategies that enable successful transformation and adoption.\n\nPartner with leaders to identify risks, remove barriers, and build change leadership capability across the organization.\n\nDrive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, collaboration, accountability, and agility.\n\nAlign leadership behaviors and employee experiences with organizational values and strategic priorities.\n\nOrganizational Analytics & Consulting\nUse workforce, engagement, and business performance data to assess organizational health and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nEstablish effectiveness metrics and dashboards to measure impact and guide decision-making.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organization, culture, and performance-related challenges.\n\nFacilitate strategic planning, leadership team effectiveness, and organizational alignment initiatives.\n\nDrive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, collaboration, accountability, and agility.\n\nAlign leadership behaviors and employee experiences with organizational values and strategic priorities.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Education\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMaster's degree preferred.\n\nRequired Experience\n10+ years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, talent management, HR consulting, or related disciplines.\n\n5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.\n\nProven success leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.\n\nExperience consulting with senior executives and influencing complex stakeholder groups.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting multiple business functions in large, matrixed organizations.\n\nExperience with organizational assessment methodologies, talent analytics, workforce planning, and leadership assessment tools.\n\nConsulting experience in a management consulting or organizational development environment preferred.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Competencies\nOrganizational Design & Effectiveness\n\nChange Management & Transformation Leadership\n\nWorkforce Planning & Talent Strategy\n\nLeadership Assessment, Development & Coaching\n\nBusiness Acumen & Strategic Consulting with Stakeholder Relationship Management\n\nOrganizational Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making\n\nProgram & Project Leadership\n\nIf an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
