environment with distributed teams.\n\n- Quickly learn and adopt new technologies as required to deliver results.\n\nKey Skills Required:\n\nMachine Learning & AI:\n\n- 3 - 5 years of experience in Machine Learning and data modeling.\n\n- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\n- Hands-on expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML libraries.\n\n- Proficiency in Generative AI and Agentic AI, including automation use cases.\n\n- Experience with agentic AI platforms such as Glean and Agent Bricks.\n\n- Experience in developing and productionizing ML applications.\n\n- Mentor developers and write clean, well-documented, and testable code.\n\nData engineering & Analytics:\n\n- 7+ years of experience in statistics and analytics on large-scale datasets.\n\n- Strong SQL and data analysis skills, including SQL DW concepts.\n\n- Experience with Spark ecosystem: PySpark, Databricks, Synapse Notebooks (1+ year hands-on).\n\n- Proficiency in Azure Data Services: Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure security model.\n\n- Experience building pipelines for full and incremental data loads from Azure and on-prem sources.\n\n- Strong knowledge of data management, processing, cleaning, transformation, aggregation, and modeling.\n\n- Working knowledge of Power BI reports and dashboards (AAS / PBI).\n\nSystems, Cloud & DevOps :\n\n- Strong programming skills in Python (Java is a plus).\n\n- Experience with FastAPI, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.\n\n- Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.\n\n- Experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Experience with streaming and messaging systems: Kafka, Kinesis, RabbitMQ.\n\n- Familiarity with Azure Git and DevOps practices.\n\nLeadership & Soft Skills :\n\n- Proven experience leading projects end-to-end.\n\n- Strong mentoring and team leadership experience.\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in distributed teams.\n\n- Strong understanding of data structures and design patterns.\n\n- Exposure to the retail industry is a plus.\n\nEducation :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (required).\n\n- Master's degree is a plus.\nSkills\nMachine Learning, Data
