You will gain practical experience, grow your professional network, develop in-demand skills, and help shape the future of merchandising at the world’s largest convenience retailer.\nExpectations and Responsibilities:\nTroubleshoot common hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues.\nProvide in-person deskside support and assist users with resolving technical problems.\nAssist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of iOS and Android mobile devices.\nSupport Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft applications.\nAssist with basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity troubleshooting.\nInstall and configure computers, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.\nAssist with new-hire onboarding, including computer setup, equipment preparation, and workspace readiness.\nAssist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of approved enterprise applications.\nSupport device deployment, imaging, refresh, replacement, and asset-management activities.\nLearn and utilize IT service management tools to create, update, and document support tickets.\nMaintain accurate documentation and follow established IT support procedures and service-level expectations.\nEscalate issues requiring additional technical expertise to appropriate IT teams.\nAssist with maintaining knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and support procedures.\nParticipate in IT projects and process-improvement activities that improve the employee technology experience.\nProvide professional, courteous, and customer-focused support to employees at all levels of the organization.\nQualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in a technical related field and be graduating December 2027 or May 2028\nMicrosoft 365 & Enterprise Applications: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and enterprise software applications.\nEndpoint Management & Deployment: Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS deployment, imaging, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.\nMobile Device Management: Experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf for device enrollment, configuration, application deployment, compliance, and support of iOS, Android, and macOS devices.\nNetworking & IT Infrastructure: Working knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco networking technologies, and endpoint-to-network troubleshooting.\nTechnical Problem-Solving & IT Service Management: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, customer-service orientation, ITIL practices, incident management, documentation, and ability to resolve and escalate complex technical issues.\nIf an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
