As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for defining and delivering AI-powered products and intelligent workflows that enhance customer, store, franchisee, and enterprise experiences. This role will lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution across AI-enabled capabilities including automation, decision support, personalization, and emerging agentic AI solutions.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with a solid technical understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud services, and AI technologies. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, generative AI, and AI-enabled products is a plus\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:\n40% Strategy & Planning\nIdentify opportunities where AI, automation, and intelligent workflows can create measurable business value.\nPartners with engineering, architecture, data science, and platform teams to evaluate and prioritize AI use cases.\nDefine product success metrics related to user adoption, operational efficiency, automation effectiveness, and business outcomes.\nUnderstand emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI platforms and translate them into actionable product strategies.\n40% Delivery & Execution\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams to define product requirements involving APIs, microservices, integrations, event-driven architectures, and AI platforms.\nParticipate in technical discussions regarding system capabilities, scalability, architecture tradeoffs, and platform dependencies.\nTranslate complex business requirements into technical product requirements and user stories.\nWork with engineering teams to evaluate AI model performance, workflow effectiveness, and operational metrics.\nWorks with user research and testing team to formulate, test and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing.\nSupport experimentation and rapid iteration through proof-of-concepts, pilots, and MVPs.\n20% Team & Stakeholder\nFosters collaboration with team members (Engineering, UX, etc.) to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.\nAdvocates for the end user and stakeholder by becoming associated with the product, empathizing with and understanding user needs.\nAct as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, data teams, and AI practitioners.\nCommunicate technical concepts and AI capabilities in a way that is understandable to business stakeholders.\nHelp establish best practices for responsible AI, experimentation, and product governance.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nEDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree\nYEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years\nYEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA\nCERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: Click or tap here to enter certifications/licenses required or preferred.\nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:\nExperience working with software engineering teams building APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications, or distributed systems.\nFamiliarity with modern architecture patterns including REST APIs, event-driven systems, microservices, and platform integrations.\nExposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, copilots, conversational AI, or intelligent automation solutions will be a plus.\nExperience partnering with engineering, architecture, data engineering, or data science teams.\nAbility to understand technical design discussions and make informed product tradeoff decisions.\nRetail, convenience, e-commerce, or digital platform experience is a plus.\n* Position is onsite and based in Irving TX.\nIf an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
