The role works collaboratively with tech-managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications, improve system performance, resolve production issues, and contribute to technical design decisions. This role is expected to write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and follow engineering best practices while helping drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:\nDesign and implement software features and enhancements.\n\nDevelop, test, and deploy reliable, scalable applications.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues.\n\nParticipate in architecture and technical design discussions.\n\nPerform code reviews and maintain coding standards.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.\n\nOptimize application performance, security, and reliability.\n\nMentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.\n\nContribute to CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nEDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree\n\nYEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 6+ years\n\nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:\nBachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.\n\n5+ years of ReactJS and Node experience.\n\nStrong expertise in enterprise architecture, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, integration patterns, and secure software development.\n\nAdvanced cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and platform engineering experience.\n\nExperience in JavaScript and supporting technologies such as TypeScript and NPM\n\nExperience in building solutions on top of AWS such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3 and others\n\nExperience working in AWS technologies like CloudFront, SNS, SES, SQS, Cloud Formation\n\nExperience in development of Unit Test cases and Testing frameworks and scripting\n\nStrong experience of building RESTful web services\n\nApplication Development & Architecture: Node.js, React, Windows Application Development, REST APIs, Spring Framework, JSON, MongoDB, NoSQL Databases, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems, Enterprise Integration Patterns, Domain-Driven Design\nCloud & Platform Engineering: AWS, Azure, EC2, Lambda, Fargate, S3, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, Kinesis, Auto Scaling, CloudFormation, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes\nDevOps & Observability: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, DevOps, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki, New Relic, CloudWatch\nMethodologies & Delivery: Agile, SAFe Agile, CI/CD, SDLC\nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by the individuals assigned to this job.
