Our culture runs on respect, collaboration, and a shared bar for excellence, all pointed at one goal, delivering real outcomes for the customers who trust us to defend them.\nOverview\nA fast-growing security company can't afford weak internal security or slow-moving IT: every new hire, tool, and integration is a potential opening, and someone has to close it before it becomes one. You'll run IT operations end to end, covering identity, endpoints, SaaS and business systems, and onboarding and offboarding. You'll be the first technical point of contact for IT at 7AI. You'll also partner closely with the security team to keep a fast-moving, technical company productive and well governed as we scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nAdminister Okta as the front door for every business application: SAML/OIDC, SCIM, lifecycle policies, and access provisioning across AWS, GitHub, Salesforce, and the broader SaaS estate.\n\nAutomate employee onboarding and offboarding end to end, replacing manual runbooks with code.\n\nOwn day-to-day administration of our SaaS and business systems, including Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace, covering configuration, integrations, user and license management, and support for the teams that depend on them.\n\nManage the Jamf-administered macOS fleet: default provisioning, software allowlisting, patching, and day-to-day endpoint operations.\n\nMaintain an accurate inventory of the SaaS estate, integrate apps with SSO/SCIM, and prune unused accounts, licenses, and API tokens.\n\nPartner with Finance and system owners on SaaS licensing, renewals, and rationalization as the estate grows.\n\nSupport the security team's phishing-awareness program, audit evidence collection, and corporate detection tuning.\n\nServe as first responder for IT issues across the company, setting SLAs and growing the function as we scale.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of IT engineering experience at a fast-growing technology company.\n\nDeep Okta administration expertise, including SAML/OIDC, SCIM, lifecycle policies, and workflows.\n\nJamf Pro and macOS endpoint management fluency, with scripting in Python, Bash, or similar.\n\nA track record of automating onboarding and offboarding and replacing manual access processes with code.\n\nHands-on experience administering a broad SaaS estate spanning engineering and business systems, such as Google Workspace, GitHub, 1Password, Salesforce, Zoom, and Slack.\n\nComfort supporting business-critical systems owned by other teams, able to work with Sales Ops, Finance, and People on configuration and access without needing to be the domain expert.\n\nA calm, low-friction operator presence, able to handle an incident, an executive IT request, and a fleet rollout in the same
