You'll join our core R&D team as a Senior Software Architect, helping define and evolve the technical foundation of our platform as we scale. You'll work across engineering, product, and AI teams, designing systems that are reliable, scalable, and ready to use new AI tooling. As a senior individual contributor, you'll shape architecture, guide key technical decisions, and turn complex ideas into production-ready systems.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and evolve system architecture across the platform, keeping it scalable, reliable, and maintainable.\n\nPartner with engineering and product teams to design systems that balance fast delivery with long-term flexibility.\n\nLead technical decisions and weigh trade-offs across performance, cost, and complexity.\n\nTurn ambiguous business or product needs into clear technical approaches and system designs.\n\nSpot architectural gaps, technical debt, and scaling bottlenecks, and fix them before they become blockers.\n\nMentor engineers and act as a technical thought partner across teams.\n\nEvaluate and apply AI tools, frameworks, and workflows to improve the product and speed up internal development.\n\nTrack advances in AI development and help the team adopt the ones worth adopting.\n\nHelp build a culture of curiosity and experimentation with AI across the organization.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n20+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in system design and architecture.\n\nA track record of designing and evolving distributed, scalable systems.\n\nBroad AWS cloud architecture experience, including designing and building complex data plane and control plane systems.\n\nComfortable going deep technically while influencing broadly across teams.\n\nExperience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.\n\nExperience with data pipelines, highly scalable systems, and cloud native architectures and services.\n\nNice to
