including customer interviews and surveys.\nIdentify and reach out to relevant existing customers and prospects through cold emailing, cold calling, and other research outreach methods to recruit participants for research.\nSchedule and coordinate customer/prospect meetings and interviews for research purposes.\nAnalyse research findings to identify customer needs, preferences, and opportunities.\nBuild and maintain ideal customer profiles using demographic and psychographic data.\nStructure customer needs, desires, and problems into actionable insights.\nConduct secondary research, including competitor analysis, market mapping, published reports, and desk research.\nUtilise AI research tools to support research, synthesis, and insight generation.\nSupport product definition by contributing to features, specifications, benefits, and value propositions.\nPrepare research reports, requirement documents, presentations, and dashboards.\nCollaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Cloud Native Engineering, and QA teams.\nSupport brainstorming sessions and contribute to ideation and innovation initiatives.\nEnsure research deliverables are accurate, structured, and useful for decision-making.\nStay updated on consumer behaviour, market trends, product analytics, and AI-powered research tools.\nContribute to product improvements and new product development initiatives.\nREPORTING LINE\nYou will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Team\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\n4-6 years of experience in research, analytics, product analysis, or a related field.\nBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Data Science, or a related field.\nKnowledge of primary research methodologies, including customer interviews and survey design.\nExperience in secondary research, including market research, competitor analysis, and desk research.\nStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to prepare structured reports, presentations, and decision-ready documents.\nUnderstanding of customer profiling and insight generation.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a customer-focused approach.\nWillingness to work on-site.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATION\nExperience with SQL and/or business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.\nWorking knowledge of Python or AI platforms such as Claude to support data analysis, modelling, experimentation, and testing of ideas.\nExperience analyzing large datasets and interpreting experimental results.\nKnowledge of machine learning and AI applications for optimization and predictive analysis.\nFamiliarity with survey tools such as Google Forms, Type form, or SurveyMonkey.\nExperience using CRM platforms and AI-powered research assistants.\nUnderstanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in product development.\nExperience working in consumer products, business services, or product-led organizations.\nStrong facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\nDemonstrated creativity, innovation, and structured problem-solving
