development.\nServiceNow administration.\nExperience with release/version upgrades, including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow.\nEnd-to-End Service Catalogue development and complex workflows.\nApplies innovative technical solutions to business and the application processes.\nDefines and documents procedures for processes and workflows.\nWorks on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader.\nResponsible for troubleshooting problems as reported by users.\nSupports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment.\nCommunicates effectively with management and other members of the project.\nIntegration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs.\nMid-Server Configuration (to facilitate REST calls); CMDB configuration and integration.\nCreation of a Web Service for data integration.\nAdditional duties as assigned and defined by management.\n\nRequirements: \n5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or 4-6 years equivalent work experience.\nHighly Recommended Certifications to have.\nConfiguration experience in following modules on dedicated as well as shared instances (IM, CM, PM, SRM, KM, Release Management, Event
