technical roles.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nInspection & Quality Control\nOperate AOI machines to inspect PCB assemblies and flag defects according to quality criteria.\nPerform visual checks and microscope examinations for solder joints, component alignment, and solder bridges.\nRecord inspection results and tag nonconforming units for rework or scrapping.\nFollow IPC and internal quality standards during all inspection activities.\nProduction Support\nSet up inspection parameters and verify AOI program accuracy before each production run.\nCollaborate with operators to identify recurring defects and recommend simple fixture or process adjustments.\nParticipate in line changeovers and help maintain steady takt time while ensuring quality.\nAssist in basic machine cleaning and routine checks to keep equipment reliable.\nProcess & Reporting\nLog findings into the production system and produce daily defect summaries for the shift lead.\nHelp maintain first-pass yield records and contribute to weekly quality reviews.\nSupport root cause investigations by providing clear defect samples and documented observations.\nFollow safety and ESD protocols in all activities on the shop floor.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PCB inspection, AOI operation, or production assembly roles.\nSecondary school certificate or technical diploma in electronics, mechatronics, or related field preferred.\nPrevious experience in an electronics manufacturing environment with exposure to SMT processes is an advantage.\nHard Skills & Knowledge\nPractical experience with AOI systems and basic machine parameter adjustments.\nFamiliarity with PCB assembly processes including SMT, soldering, and common defect types.\nAbility to use microscopes, magnifiers, calipers, and basic measurement tools accurately.\nBasic data entry and the ability to create simple inspection reports in Excel or production systems.\nSoft Skills & Qualities\nStrong attention to detail and steady hands for fine visual inspection tasks.\nGood communication and teamwork skills to work with operators and engineers.\nWillingness to follow standard
