case, such as document extraction, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, classification or AI-assisted decision support\n\nAbility to compare models and justify selection based on task suitability, quality, cost, latency and data-handling requirements\n\nExperience with prompt design, structured outputs, model APIs and relevant techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation, tool/function calling or agent workflows\n\nExperience evaluating outputs against representative test cases, handling failure scenarios and defining appropriate human review\n\nUnderstanding of privacy, security and the limitations of AI, particularly when working with sensitive client information\n\nEffective use of AI-assisted development tools, with personal ownership of code quality, testing and technical understanding\n\nPersonal Profile:\nCommunicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues\n\nBuild strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders\n\nTake ownership of problems and communicate progress, risks and solutions proactively\n\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline is desirable\n\n10+ years of professional
