Store Management serves a broad range of functions, including but not limited to leading all aspects of operation, to include the customer service, cost management, and other training functions.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTake essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores;\nEnsure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation;\nPrepare periodic report, to include sales control, employee scheduling, etc.;\nOrganize and supervise the employee shifts;\nParticipate in management and personnel meetings;\nCheck stock levels and order supplies and materials;\nstore associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.\nMaintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety;\nAdditional duties at store when circumstances dictate.\nQualifications\nAssociate/Bachelor degree preferred;\nMinimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at leadership level position;\nStrong organizational, communications and leadership skills;\nAbility to multitask and work with tight deadline to meet new or changing demands;\nProficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel;\nGood attendance and available to work overtime when needed;\nExcellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;\nAdapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept;\nAvailable to work on weekends and holidays.\nThis position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
