alignment with their financial objectives.\n\nManage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of professional growth.\n\nCollaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that contribute to the firm’s growth and service expansion.\n\nDrive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.\n\nEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements related to restructuring engagements.\n\nRequirements\nMaster degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution.\n\nMore than 3 years of experience in restructuring, corporate finance, transaction services or financial advisory, credit manager with proven leadership capabilities.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues in distressed companies.\n\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.\n\nProven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.\n\nStrong leadership and team management experience.\n\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.\n\nFluency in Dutch, French and English is required.\n\nWillingness to be based in Brussels with occasional travel across international teams especially between Brussels and
